Magnolia is a beautifully furnished villa within the prestigious new Azure Heights development overlooking Kalkan and Kalamar Bays. This property offers breathtaking views out towards the Islands and its own infinity pool. The centre of Kalkan is a 20 minute walk away, where there is a selection of excellent restaurants.
The ground floor space is airy and light with open plan living the order of the day. The kitchen, lounge and dining areas flow seamlessly together leading through floor to ceiling height glass doors to the pool terrace with its infinity pool, al fresco dining area and poolside seating.
